Her architectural background informs her systematic approach to digital design, applying the same rigor to user experiences that she once applied to physical spaces. After years of creating built environments that shaped how people live and work, she co-founded What if Design to bring that same thinking to digital products. Akhila's expertise spans from stakeholder alignment workshops to detailed interface design. She has worked with technology companies at critical inflection points: approaching a funding round, preparing for a pilot, or trying to align internal teams on a product direction.

Tejas brings business strategy and operational depth to What if Design from his experience driving growth for OYO across three countries, where he scaled operations and trained over 1,700 people throughout India. His combination of business understanding and design thinking lets him connect design decisions directly to revenue outcomes and market positioning. Before co-founding What if Design, Tejas built rapid iteration and data-driven decision-making into his daily practice at one of India's fastest-growing startups. That experience shapes how he approaches design projects: moving quickly, testing assumptions, and prioritizing work that moves a specific metric or unblocks a specific decision. Tejas leads engagements that help clients move from unclear positioning to a digital presence that supports their next stage of growth.
